Who This Is For

There Is a Woman Who Has Outgrown Every Room She Has Ever Walked Into.

She is not looking for motivation. She is looking for infrastructure.

She does not need to be told she can do it. She needs a blueprint worthy of what she is building.

"She is you."

The empowerHER Legacy Institute for Entrepreneurship Excellence was built for the woman who is ready — not for another program, not for another course — but for an institution that takes her as seriously as she takes her calling.

The Most Powerful Businesses in the World Are Built by Whole Women.

Women who lead with clarity. Operate with precision. Build with purpose. And create legacies that outlast them. We exist to develop her.

As a faith-forward, whole-woman entrepreneurship institute, we bring together rigorous business education, strategic frameworks and the kind of internal development that traditional institutions often overlook — because we understand a simple truth: a woman's business can only be as strong as the woman building it.

Project Management for Real Life: Entrepreneurial Edition™

We teach the systems, structure and strategic thinking that transform vision into execution — and execution into legacy.

Systems.
Build a business that doesn’t depend on memory, hustle or constant reinvention.
Strategy.
Learn to think like the leader your business will eventually require.
Execution.
Turn vision into disciplined action — again and again — until momentum becomes legacy.

Kenya Michelle Young

Some people build businesses. Some people build frameworks. Some people build movements. Kenya Michelle Young has spent her life building all three.

Long before she founded ELIEE, she was building — businesses, organizations and systems that helped complex ideas become measurable results. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), entrepreneur and strategist, she spent decades leading high-impact initiatives, founding companies, consulting organizations and solving problems that required both vision and precision.

She spent those decades inside organizations where execution was never optional — where a billion-dollar idea meant nothing until someone knew how to move it from concept to completion. Eventually, she realized those same disciplines could be translated for entrepreneurs building something of their own.

But somewhere along the way, she noticed something no spreadsheet could explain. Brilliant women kept getting stuck.

"Not because they lacked talent. Not because they lacked ambition. Because no one had ever shown them how to build lives and businesses that could actually sustain the weight of their calling."

That observation became an obsession. What began as a framework eventually became an intellectual property portfolio. What began as intellectual property eventually required an institution capable of teaching, advancing and expanding it. The empowerHER Legacy Institute for Entrepreneurship Excellence was born from one belief: women deserve business education that develops the builder — not just the business.

Today, Kenya's work sits at the intersection of strategy, leadership, entrepreneurship and human development. Her flagship curriculum, Project Management for Real Life: Entrepreneurial Edition™, translates the same structured systems used inside world-class organizations into practical frameworks entrepreneurs can use to build businesses that are sustainable, scalable and aligned with the lives they actually want to live.

Because strategy isn't enough. Not if the woman executing it is exhausted. Not if success costs her peace. Not if growth requires abandoning herself. Everything Kenya creates is built around one idea: whole women build stronger businesses.

That philosophy has grown into an expanding body of intellectual property spanning entrepreneurship, leadership, educational frameworks and emerging disciplines exploring the intersection of faith, psychology and human development. But at the center of all of it is one mission — to build women who build legacies.

Because somewhere… there is another woman who has outgrown every room she has ever walked into. She doesn't need more motivation. She needs infrastructure. She needs a blueprint worthy of what she is building.

"Kenya built the Institute she wishes had existed when she was her. Now she's building it for you."

Before ELIEE, There Was ProjectME™.

ELIEE was not the beginning of this work. ProjectME™ was.

ProjectME™ is where Kenya began creating intellectual property — the frameworks, philosophies and creative works that would eventually shape an entire ecosystem. Each of these was born through ProjectME™, long before there was an institute to house them.

ELIEE became the institution built to teach, advance and expand what ProjectME™ had already created — not a replacement for that body of work, but the structure capable of carrying it forward.

Today, the Institute continues to advance, teach, research and expand original bodies of knowledge for the benefit of learners, practitioners and the broader community.

Some women are waiting for certainty. Some are waiting until they feel qualified. Some are waiting for permission.

You are not. You kept building when the blueprint didn't exist. You kept believing when no one understood the vision. You kept showing up through pivots, pressure and seasons that never looked the way you planned.

"Brilliance without structure eventually collapses. Strategy without wholeness never lasts. Here, you get both."

This Is Not Inspiration. This Is Infrastructure.

This is where vision becomes structure. This is where calling becomes legacy.
